Counselling allows individuals to discuss anything that is causing emotional distress in a safe, confidential environment.

People can seek counselling  when they want to  explore their thoughts and feelings or make a positive change within their lives.

I have trained in a number of different therapeutic approaches; my main focus being Person Centred. This means that I believe that you hold the key to moving forward.
