Hello, I'm Lisa Farrell.


I work as a Counsellor and Therapist.


I am able to offer short-term, long-term and time limited individual counselling either face-to-face, online or telephone. I have experience in working with Self-esteem, Self-confidence, Stress, Anxiety & Depression, Cancer, Disabilities, Sexual Abuse, Physical Abuse, Emotional Neglect.  


I aim to provide a safe, confidential space within which you can access a professional talking therapy service if you feel you are struggling.

Mental Health Awareness week.

Given the Government's guidance to stay at home unless absolutely necessary, I am now conducting counselling sessions online via Zoom or telephone. Face to face counselling sessions will resume once there is no longer a risk to public health. Since lockdown I have undertaken training to ensure I can continue to work safely and ethically on these new platforms. Please  feel  free to contact me for further information.
